Terms and conditions
While using the present site, you acknowledge having read and accept biding to the conditions described in this present contract between CEUNIK and yourself. These conditions may be modified by CEUNIK without prior notice. Please make sure having consulted the document for each transaction in order to take notice of any changes which may have been made.
In the following text, the word « user » refers to any person who uses the web site www.ceunik.com belonging to CEUNIK, whether it is used for on line purchases, e-mail sends or any other use of the site. It is specified that the on line purchases are destined strictly to individuals acting in a purely private intention.
SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
- CEUNIK will maintain complete confidentiality of all our clients’ and users’ personal information such as their name, address, phone number, as well as any information concerning their purchase.
- We wish to assure you that the information given at the time of the order will in no way be transmitted to anyone what so ever without your detailed written consent. CEUNIK will not sell its list of users, nor will it consent to any third party to consult it.
- The information collected may be used to communicate with de Site’s user and to offer him pertinent information regarding our products, services and special CEUNIK offers.
- If you wish your name be taken off our mailing list, please inform us by e-mail at denise@ceunik.com and CEUNIK will proceed in removing it within 48 hours.
GENERAL DISPOSITIONS
- CEUNIK’s site is run from our offices in the city of Prévost, Québec, in Canada. Those who voluntarily decide to use the Site must conform to all local applicable laws. Any claim regarding the Site and its contents, is governed by the laws applicable on the territory of the province of Québec.
- If you place an order from another country or state, you must be sure to respect its local applicable laws.
- The sale prices advertised on this site are in Canadian dollars. CEUNIK has the right to modify the prices of its on-line products at any moment, without prior notice.
- CEUNIK has the right to refuse any order.
- It is forbidden to copy this Site in whole or in part, including any graphic or photographic element, without CEUNIK’s prior written consent
- The site as well as its contents are provided as is, without any form of guaranty.
- CEUNIK will not be held responsible for any size errors made by clients at the time of the order. No refund nor exchange will be accepted. The client is responsible of his/her size choice.
- Unless dictated by public law opposition, CEUNIK declines any form of responsibility and offers no guaranty, including merchandise quality guaranty or unintended use.
- Although CEUNIK does everything in its power for the Site’s content to be exempt of any errors, CEUNIK declines any responsibility regarding any error which may appear on our site. Its related affiliate companies, its leaders, employees, representatives or agents will, under no consideration, be held responsible of any damage related directly or indirectly to the site’s use, especially regarding loss of information or profit cause by use of its components or incapacity to use them.
PAYMENT
- CEUNIK accepts Visa / Mastercard / Paypal as forms of payment.
- Payment will be cashed immediately upon order placement.
- Merchandise will be delivered only when CEUNIK will have received full payment for the order, including taxes and shipping.
- If we do not have your full or partial order in stock in our inventory, we will immediately deliver the portion we have and will deliver the back order products as soon as possible. CEUNIK also has the right to substitute back order products by products considered equivalent, from same quality brand, type, and higher end equivalent only, for no extras charge. CEUNIK will under no circumstance be held responsible for any inconvenience caused because a product was back order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
A 12% shipping fee will be added to the total amount of the order before taxes. Free shipping for orders adding up to 200$ or more before taxes.
- Delivery fees as well as applicable taxes, not included. Customs duties and brokerage are, if there are, will be charge to the client. Please make sure your address is correct.
- CEUNIK ships its merchandise by land, through Poste Canada mail service or other major transporter. Delivery may take two (2) to three (3) weeks or before of product is available (in stock).
The delay and the shipping fees may vary depending on destination, shipping method as well as product availability. Delivery delay is estimated starting from the moment the products leave our offices. CEUNIK cannot be held responsible of any inconvenience cause by delays exceeding those expected. In the case of rural regions, delays may be longer or require client’s reception of the order at a pick-up location. Any additional fees resulting in pick-up location inaccessibility will be charged to the user (client).
- CEUNIK does not insure the shipped merchandise and its loss or damage risks are those of the user. However, Poste Canada guaranties merchandise for loss or damage up to a one hundred dollar (100$) value. An additional insurance may be taken and will be charged to the user (client) (optional upon the closing of the order).
WARRANTY
- You must inspect the merchandise upon reception and immediately inform the shipping company of any damage.
- In the case of defective merchandise, please also inform CEUNIK, within three (3) days after reception of the product, by e-mail at denise@ceunik.com with the object of your send being « DEFECTIVE MERCHNDISE » or by phone at (438) 826-0135, which will inform you of the procedure to follow. CEUNIK has the right to not follow up on any request for refund or other claim regarding a defective product after the delay mentioned in this paragraph.
- The shipping of defective merchandise must be covered by the user (client) for the shipping and return of the merchandise at CEUNIK.
RETURNS
- To return to CEUNIK any products ordered on our Site, please inform CEUNIK, within ten (10) days after reception of the product, by e-mail at denise@ceunik.com with the object of your send being « RETURN » or by phone at (438) 826-0135. Any request made after the delay mentioned in this paragraph will not be considered.
- Within 48 hours following your request for a return, CEUNIK will communicate with you in order to establish the return policy. Shipping fees will be charged to the user (client).
- CEUNIK will not accept any return if the merchandise is not in its original packaging or does not contain all accessories attached to the merchandise such as tickets, presentation labels, washing instructions or other.
- Refunding may take up to ten (10) business days following merchandise reception and inspection and will most likely be refunded into the account from which the payment was initially taken. There will be no cash refunds. A credit or a gift-certificate for a future purchase from CEUNIK may be requested for no extra charge.
